Quiche aux 3 fromages

RECETTE MAMIE GILLÉ

Ingredients for 1 Quiche:

For the dough: 

150 g flour
75 g butter 
1/2 tsp salt
4 cl lukewarm water


For the filling

4 eggs
100 ml Crème fraîche
100 ml Sahne 
100 g grated Emmentaler
125 g grated Comté 
1 small roll of goat cheese (125 g)


Preparation: 

For the dough:

Cut the butter into cubes and put them in a bowl together with meal and salt. Slowly add the water and knead by hand. Roll out the dough and bake blind.


For the filling

Eier, Mix eggs, Crème fraîche, cream and Emmentaler together with pepper and salt. Then spread the different types of cheese on the pre-baked dough and cover with the egg-cream mixture. Bake the quiche in the oven at 180°C top/bottom heat for about 40 minutes.
